Chester French is genius… literally. Bandmates D.A. Wallach and Max Drummey are Harvard graduates and have been making music together since they were freshmen. While in school they worked in the on-campus recording studio and focused on writing and recording their demo. During their senior year they sent a few demos to Kanye West’s manager and he passed them on to Kanye, Pharrell Williams, and a few other heavy hitters in the music buisness. Ultimately, Chester French signed with Pharrell’s label, Star Trak, and Interscope Records.

Jamie Fox might be the one person in America who is not a fan of Miley Cyrus.
After lashing out in a verbal attack against the tween star on his Sirius satellite radio show saying, Cyrus should “make a sex tape and grow up, just do some heroin like Britney Spears.”
The shocking outburst was in reference to Cryus’ claim that she would “ruin” Radiohead, after the band rejected her a meeting at the Grammys.
Needless to say Billy Ray Cyrus found nothing funny about Foxx’ comment. Even though Foxx apologized to the Cyrus family, it is not water under the bridge for papa Cyrus.
Here is Billy Ray Cyrus on The Bonnie Hunt Show responding to the comments:
What are your thoughts on Jamie’s ill-advised “advice”?
There is No Doubt about it- the cali ska-punk group is back and ready to rock out. After more than five years apart the band has reunited for the first time and will be shaking stages across North America. What is unusual about this tour? Unlike most bands they are not touring to promote a new album. Instead they are turning to the fans for inspiration for the new album that will be recorded early next year. “The whole reason for going on this tour was to have fun, try on all our favorite songs again and to get inspired to make new music,” Stefani writes on the band’s website.
During the hiatus lead singer Gwen Stefani married smokin’ hot Bush front man Gavin Rossdale, became a mother to sons Kingston and Zuma, started clothing and fragrance line L.A.M.B, and released two hit albums as a solo artist. Stefani writes on the bands website saying, “It feels good to be all together again.”
The bands aggressive campaign “Seven Days of No Doubt” video cast launches this weekend. The widget will be premiering exclusive videos straight from the band each day and will offer a chance to win the V.I.P treatment at concerts and one of a kind memorabilia.
Paramore will join No Doubt to open the tour, though The Sounds, Janelle Monáe and Bedouin Soundclash will also play some dates. Check out www.nodoubt.com for more information.
Celebrity gossip site TMZ.com shows a close-up photograph of Rihanna’s bruised face covered with scratches and suffering a swollen lip.
The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating how the picture of Rihanna following her domestic dispute with Chris Brown made it’s way to the internet.
“The photograph has the appearance of one taken during an official domestic violence investigation. The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence,” the LAPD said in a statement Thursday. “A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.”

AHHH! There are so many fantastic shows premiering I can hardly contain myself! I rarely have time to watch TV and when I do it is either E! or CNN, but I am going to clear my schedule for these! Here are the shows that I will be obsessed with:
1. T.I’s Road Redemption begins Tuesday (tonight!!), February 10 @ 9pm ET/PT on MTV.
45 days and counting until Grammy- winning superstar T.I. will face up to 30 years in jail for his arrest stemming from weapons charges. However a deal was worked out between his lawyers and the federal governent, if he completes 1000 hours of community service during this year ending this March his jail time will be reduced.
T.I’s Road To Redemption: 45 Days To Go will follow T.I. as he attempts to change himself and the lives of troubled teens across the country. The show will give a sneek peek at his most private moments including the birth of his sixth child, the release of his sixth album “Paper Trail,” and the drama that leads up to his sentence.
T.I. is one of my favorite rappers and I can not wait to watch! Fun Fact: Pharrell Williams once called T.I.
” the Jay-Z of the South.” That is reason enough to love him. Check out this interview with T.I. on Last Call With Carson Daly:
2. Making the Band 4 (Season 3) begins Thursday, February 12 @9pm on MTV.
Is Danity Kane Damaged beyond repair? You’re about to find out…
Diddy is back and as usual drama is right behind him… last season ended in tears and the claws came out when Dawn opened up to Diddy about what was really going on inside the group. Day26’s Que Moseley told MTV, “The reason Danity Kane is not together right now is because of Aubrey,” said Que (a.k.a Dawn’s boyfriend). “And I feel like she was all for herself, she only cared about making Aubrey happy. And when you’re in a group, sometimes you have to learn to humble yourself.” After hearing the dirt about the girls, Diddy gave Aubrey and D. Woods the boot, but will they be gone forever? Guess we will have to watch and see what Diddy has up his Gucci sleeve.

3. Running in Heels premieres March 1 @ 8/7c on the Style Network.
Style Network’s new show Running in Heels follows 3 interns at Marie Claire Magazine as they struggle to prepare for fashion week, adjust to the Big Apple and learn about the cut throat world of fashion.
4. Keeping Up With the Kardashians: The New Season Premieres Sun., March 8 10/9c
Love, Love , Love this show! I can’t wait until this season.
This song brings out the feminist in me! It is the “Cinderella story” not told in children’s books. “Fairytale” is about defying the storybooks and not waiting for prince charming to come and wake you from your slumber. Sometimes your white knight has to work late and can’t save you…
You can catch Sara’s performance tonight on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno at 10:35/11:35C on NBC.
